Meet the Team

Deep Divers was founded in 2023 by two young enthusiastic individuals who wanted to write articles and blogs professionally about topics that interested them. Their original desire was to learn and strive to increase their content about topics in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).

In 2026, the team was expanded to include developed and developing professionals across the industry who are creating content to share informative details in regards to their topics of interest to share.

We will continue to deep dive in the ocean of knowledge and experience to bring back up to the surface to share to other people.

Eddy Zhen Nan Xu (Co-Founder / Group Manager)

Eddy Zhen Nan Xu has a Bachelor of Chemical/Biomolecular Engineering (Honours) and Bachelor of Science, majoring in Food Science from the University of Sydney

He has an interest in FMCG manufacturing, food science, chemistry, and physics.

William Chiem (Co-Founder / Chief Editor)

William Chiem has a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) from the University of New South Wales.

He has an interest in the oil and gas industry, automotive industry and the chemical industry.

I’m a pharmaceutical operations and quality leader with 30+ years of experience helping companies improve efficiency, strengthen compliance, and scale new products successfully. I take a hands-on approach—working directly with teams to solve problems, streamline processes, and drive real business results.

Whether it’s improving workflows, reducing costs, launching new products, or mentoring future leaders, my focus is on impact, quality, and continuous improvement.

She has an interest in the pharmaceutical and cosmeceutical industries.
